How to make a bootable pendrive with dd command?

Hi,

This is a very simple step. Just plug an usb-flash disk (pendrive) in your computer with Linux system. Usually, most of the Linux system mount the usb-flash disk automatically, so it’s necessary to unmount before burning the flash-disk to make bootable. Just follow the setp below:

Use /dev/sdx instead of /dev/sdx1 (i.e. /dev/sda, /dev/sdb/, /dev/sdc)

# dd bs=4M if=/path/to/distro.iso of=/dev/sdx && sync
